TRAINING AND METODOLOGY COMPLEX

FOR 2021-2022 ACADEMIC YEAR

The educational-methodical complex (EMC) is the systematized materials necessary for the implementation of the educational process, which ensure successful learning and active cognitive, creative and communicative activity of students.

Functions of the teaching staff

1. Acts as a tool for systematic and methodological support of the educational process in the chosen discipline, its preliminary design.

2. Combines various didactic teaching aids into a single whole, subordinating them to the goals of training and education.

3. Not only fixes, but also reveals the requirements for the content of the discipline being studied, for the skills and abilities of graduates contained in the educational standard, and thereby contributes to its implementation.

4. Serves the accumulation of new knowledge, innovative ideas and developments, stimulates the development of the creative potential of teachers.

Goals and objectives of the WMC:

1. creating conditions for optimizing the process of studying a discipline by a student;

2. activation of student's independent participation in this process;

3. the introduction of criteria to standardize the process of assessing the assimilation by students of the key provisions of the academic discipline;

4. creation of a mechanism for analyzing the quality of the methodology for studying the academic discipline;

5. preparation of educational and methodological support for each discipline taught in secondary vocational education, the formation of educational and methodological complexes for all disciplines;

6. equipping the educational process with educational, methodological, reference and other materials that improve the quality of training of specialists;

7. creation of a tool for planning and organizing work to improve the educational and methodological base;

8. obtaining educational and methodological materials necessary for the preparation of electronic textbooks, teaching aids.
